our room on the ground level was large with comfortable beds. location: the hotel was close enough to mountains, very lovely restaurant in under ground and close to 24/7 shops. tried some nice meals at halalinn restaurant, located right next to the property.
Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the rooms were incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the staff were friendly and although their English was limited, they went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance catching the bus. They went above and beyond to ensure I didn't miss it. I'm truly grateful for their intervention. Also, I had a memorable candlelit breakfast on my birthday morning during a power outage.

The hotel facilities were also impressive, particularly the convenient parking and transportation options. Since the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, I was able to get a good night's sleep without any disturbances.
